VINILARTKIDS reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Customers. Therefore, VINILARTKIDS may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Furthermore, VINILARTKIDS reserves the right to withdraw or cease offering any of the products offered at any time and without prior notice.

If the product is not available, and the consumer has been informed of this, VINILARTKIDS may supply a product with similar characteristics without increasing the price. In this case, the consumer may accept or reject it by exercising their right to withdraw from the contract and terminate it.

In the event of unavailability of all or part of the order, and the customer rejects the replacement products, the previously paid refund will be made using the same payment method. If VINILARTKIDS unreasonably delays in returning the amounts paid, the consumer may claim double the amount.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the following payment methods:

1. Stripe

You can make immediate payment through the Stripe payment gateway. If any refund or order cancellation is necessary, the amount will be refunded to the same payment card. Payment for the order will be authorized through PayPal, but no funds will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct. A PayPal account is required for this.

According to the regulations, consumers and users have the right to withdraw from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without needing to state a reason and without incurring any costs, except those provided for in Articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

This right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

• Contracts for the supply of products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which by their nature cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.

 

PRODUCTS

The customer will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the requested goods or products to inform VINILARTKIDS of their desire to withdraw from the contract.

Withdrawal implies that VINILARTKIDS will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment (provided that the purchased product does not fall within the exceptions indicated above).

During this period, the consumer will inform the entrepreneur of their decision to withdraw from the contract by completing the form found at the end of this document and sending it to the email address of VINILARTKIDS. VINILARTKIDS will inform the consumer on a durable medium of an acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal.

To return a product, it must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all accessories, and unused.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you with the details of the return.

The customer will bear the costs of returning the goods.

OBSERVATIONS

Returned products must be properly sealed and in their original packaging, showing no signs of damage.

The consumer and user has the right to have the product repaired, replaced, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract, as established in Chapter II Title IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

If the product does not comply with the contract, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, both of which will be free of charge for the consumer. The repairs will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products and their intended purpose.

If, after the repair is completed and the product is delivered, it still does not conform to the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract.

FURTHER INFORMATION

The company is not responsible for the receipt of damaged packages that have not been noted on the goods receipt.
