Return Policy
WARRANTIES, RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL.
The warranty applies as long as the product is used under the normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturer. VINILARTKIDS.COM is not obligated to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property other than the product, loss of profit or earnings, or damage resulting from deterioration.
Products are no longer under warranty for the following reasons:
– If, once delivered to the customer, they have received any damage due to external factors, accidents, poor adherence to instructions, or changes in electrical voltage.
– Products modified, customized, or repaired by the Customer are also excluded. VINILARTKIDS.COM will not accept returns on sales of merchandise that can be easily and immediately reproduced or copied. The return of any merchandise requires the agreement of both parties.
VINILARTKIDS.COM will only accept the return of merchandise if:
1- Within the period established by law, the USER may exercise their right of withdrawal. Pursuant to the provisions of the Retail Trade Regulation Act and the provisions of EU regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), VINILARTKIDS.COM will grant a period of 7 days for this right, counted from the date of receipt of the order. In this case, the customer may return any product without any incident. VINILARTKIDS.COM will accept the exercise of the aforementioned right only and exclusively when the merchandise is in the same condition (unopened) as it was delivered, with its original packaging and all the products that comprised the order. The product must be in perfect condition and ready for sale, and must have met the requirements established in the section describing delivery (4.1. Delivery of the product). The USER will assume the costs arising from the return.
2- VINILARTKIDS.COM will accept the return of the merchandise when the delivered product does not correspond to the one requested by the customer (for reasons attributable to it) or has been damaged during transport: This occurs when the delivered product does not match the one specified in the order or has been damaged, internally or externally, during shipping.
The merchandise travels to its destination fully insured. In order to take advantage of the insurance policy and to correct any delivery errors, it is essential that any incident regarding the merchandise received or its packaging be noted in the observations section of the carrier's delivery document and that said incident be reported to VINILARTKIDS.COM within a maximum period of 24 hours. Before signing for the delivery of the order, the USER must check that the product is delivered in perfect condition. If the USER agrees at the time of delivery, both parties understand that the product was delivered in perfect condition. VINILARTKIDS.COM will not be liable for products that have already been consumed without incident by the USER who intends to make a claim. VINILARTKIDS.COM will be exempt from all liability for possible breakages or defects in the product packaging that occur after delivery if these have not been noted on the delivery note. If these conditions are not met, VINILARTKIDS.COM will not assume any responsibility for said merchandise. In this case, all collection and redelivery costs will be borne by VINILARTKIDS.COM.
The USER must notify VINILARTKIDS.COM of the reason for the return by sending an email to info@papelpintadoonline.com or by calling +34 938 317 500, indicating:
– Order number.
– Invoice number.
– Contact phone number.
– Reason why you wish to make the return.
– Reason for return.
– Any other observations you consider relevant.
Once we receive this information, we will begin processing your incident.
